O'Neal Industries powers its portfolio companies' customer payments through Pocketbook, expediting funds delivery and increasing cross-department efficiency

Overview
O’Neal Industries (ONI) is the parent organization of a group of strategically aligned companies that together form the nation’s largest family-owned metals service centers and component and tube manufacturing businesses.
With roots dating back to 1921, ONI was formed in 2008 to create a cohesive corporate strategy, and to pursue opportunities aimed at strengthening all of its businesses.
Together with Pocketbook, ONI is rolling out payments and invoicing capabilities to many of its operating companies in order to modernize and streamline the operations of a diverse group of businesses and their customers.
The use cases for ONI and Pocketbook are wide and varied. Ranging from supporting vertical software integrations, like e-commerce in conjunction with their sister company Stella Source, to targeted customer payment collections aimed at reducing the risk of lost or returned payments and delays on order fulfillment. Pocketbook is highly agile and flexible to fit the needs of both clients and partners, providing world-class payments support and workflow tooling for modern commercial businesses.
