1ACH Invoice Transaction Fees:  Base Transaction Fee - for ACH debits to external counterparty accounts a fee of 0.50% will be applied to the transaction amount up to and including $10.000 with a minimum fee of $0.95. This fee is capped at $50.00 for transactions above $10.000, but the Large Transaction Fee will be applied.  Large Transaction Fee - for ACH debits to external counterparty accounts in excess of $10.000 a fee equal to the sum of the Base Transaction Fee plus 0.25% of the amount of such ACH transaction above $10.000 will be applied.
